Want to know how to help the Épicentre?  Our funding campaign “Help the Épicentre Feed the Community” is underway. With the loss of emergency funding associated with the pandemic, our most important program, the food bank, no longer receives any direct funding. This means that, to avoid having to suspend this service that helps some 100 people and families each week, we need to raise funds. Thank you for your understanding and generosity!

What’s in a food basket?

The food distributed each week to 100 or more households comes mostly from food donations that we receive. Each cash gift enables us to improve the quality and diversity of the provisions we are distributing thanks to the purchase of the following food types :

Meat and canned fish, peanut butter and jams, dried meats and sausages, crispbreads, individual desserts, protein and granola bars, meal replacement drinks, pasta, rice, cereals, oats, meat sauce, nuts and small treats.

If you prefer to bring food items, we would be happy to meet you on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our offices located at 4561, Notre-Dame West Street, in the Saint-Zotique church basement.
