Our food assistance service is open to residents of Saint-Henri and Little Burgundy (H4C, H3J), every Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm to 4pm.
Each registered household can receive up to 2 food baskets per month.

FAQ
Q: Must I present a proof of identity to access a food basket?
A: No, no documentation is required.
Q: What should I bring with me?
A: You should bring your bags to transport the food. If you wish to receive meat, an isothermal bag and an ice-pack are required.
Q: How many baskets can I receive each week?
A: You have the right to one basket every two weeks. You must register in advance by calling 514-970-5973
Q: Is the service free?
A: A food basket is distributed for between $5 and $7. An annual fee of $5 is required when you register with the food bank.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, for seniors and people with restricted mobility living in Saint-Henri and Little Burgundy only. The fee requested to receive your basket at home is $10 ($5 for the basket and $5 to cover transportation costs).
